Contact details you provide through our forms; information about your business and employment matters you share when instructing us; website usage data via cookies (see section 8).

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To respond to enquiries and provide our services (performance of a contract and legitimate interests); to send employment-law updates where you've opted in (consent); and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Special-category data

Employment matters can involve health or other sensitive information about your employees. We process it only as needed to advise you, under the applicable UK GDPR conditions, and expect clients to share it lawfully.

5. Who we share it with

Referred professionals (solicitors, advocates, experts) on your instructions; our IT and case-management providers under contract; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell data.

6. How long we keep it

Client files are kept for 6 years after a matter ends, then securely destroyed. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function. With your permission, given via the banner shown on your first visit, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. IP addresses are anonymised. You can decline analytics cookies, and your choice is remembered on this device. Analytics cookies are never set unless you have actively accepted them.
