Predictable support, priced so you can budget for it.

Facing an active claim? Tribunal work is priced separately, in stages, so you only pay for what's needed. For ongoing HR and employment-law support, two plan levels with twelve-month terms and plain-English contracts.

All prices are for the services of Kelvin Employment Consulting and exclude third-party costs such as referred solicitors, advocates, experts and travel, which are always agreed with you in advance. Complex tribunal cases carry a higher fee, agreed before that stage begins. Plan prices reviewed annually; your price is fixed for each 12-month term.

Plan terms in plain English. Plans run for twelve months. Monthly allowances and a reasonable-use policy apply — the point of the plan is steady support, not unlimited litigation. Disputes that existed before your subscription started are quoted separately, as are tribunal hearings, complex investigations, and third-party costs such as solicitors, advocates, experts and travel. A short waiting period applies to new subscriptions before dispute work is covered. We may decline work that falls outside our competence or capacity — and if we do, we'll help you find the right professional. Full terms are set out in your engagement letter before you sign anything.
